Real Estate Transactions
Purchase, Sales and Financings
We represent sellers and purchasers in virtually all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including single family homes, condominiums and cooperatives, multiple unit dwellings and industrial buildings.
We have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and landlord tenant disputes. We also assist co-op boards and their managing agents to carry out their many and varied functions.
Estate Planning, Administration and Litigation
Wills, Trusts and Administration
We work with our clients to identify and effectuate their estate planning needs through the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies and Powers of Attorney. We represent estate representatives in probate and administration proceedings and interested parties in Surrogate’s Court proceedings. When people disagree over the administration of a loved one’s estate, we represent executors, administrators, trustees and other interested parties to protect their rights in Surrogate’s Court proceedings.
